Well I was doing so well earlier with my dog walk and all, that I decided to pull the dust bunnies off the treadmill and give it a whirl. There were no dust bunnies on the treadmill. They were gigantic tumbleweeds. This should have been my first clue to slow down and come up with a plan to start slowly and work my way up.
I trundled along for 30 minutes. Not bad for a guy who’s about 50 pounds overweight and has blood pressure that can be expressed using scientific notation. Burned what I figured was about 225 calories. At the moment, I’m trying not to short out my keyboard with the sweat pouring off my reddened face.
That was fun! Assuming I don’t have an MCI, TIA, or other medical acronym that results in something inherently bad, I may tell you about my next treadmill adventure!
